Covid-19 Club Updates (Rev.2/25/22)

Dear Members,

The Lloyd Neck Bath Club, Inc. (“The Club”) has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, The Club cannot guarantee that you, your child(ren) or your guests will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending the Club could increase your risk and your child(ren)’s risk of contracting COVID-19. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you wear a mask in order to protect the wellbeing of other members, guests and staff.

By utilizing the club facilities, attending social dinners, tennis events or camp, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you, your child(ren) or your guests may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Club and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. Your attendance implies you understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Club may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Club employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families. Your attendance implies you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to you, your children or your guests.

Our staff is following the Department of Health and CDC guidelines for safety and cleaning protocols and will adjust those procedures accordingly as they change.

Masks are available for your use. They are located in the breezeway next to guest registration.

Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the clubhouse.
